D is for Doug, who slipped on a rug

E is for Evan, who'll never see Heaven

F is for Fred, found in the wrong bed

G is for Glory -- oh!  Oops, wrong story!

H is for Hank, who robbed the wrong bank

I is for Ike, who got to feed Spike

J is for June, who read the wrong runes

K is for Kate, who thought she could skate

L is for Lang, condemned once to hang

M is for Minnie, who got much too skinny

N is for Neil, hauled 'neath a keel

O is for Olaf, who died of a bad cough

P is for Pat, who stayed much too fat

Q is for Quinn, who drank Mickey Finn

R is for Ripper, who always was chipper

S is for Steven:  she finally got even

T is for Ted, who danced with the dead

U is for Uma, tracked down by a puma

V is for Vimes, who solves the wrong crimes

W is for Wayne, pushed through a windowpane

X is for Xan, exposed as a man

Y is for Yancy, who read too much Clancy

Z is for Zeke, who preyed on the weak
